Sunday menu was pretty small but the quality and quantity makes up for that

It was a successful excursion with a good meal. 4 different dishes at our table and each one excellent and plentiful. The service and the kitchen were very quick. There are changing menus. A reservation for Sundays is highly recommended, I think it is almost mandatory. In our case, it was definitely not the last visit

The food was phenomenal. I had beef tenderloin with a herb crust. The whole menu of the day looked very tasty. It was my first visit but definitely not the last.

Really very good food, top quality, can only be recommended. Almost too cheap for this quality. We had a very nice evening, the atmosphere and service were great too!

The schnitzel was excellent, as was the salad with pikeperch - with the fantastic view on a sunny autumn evening. And when it came time to pay, 29.80 with drinks, the waitress replied to my joking remark that it was a bad amount: I do it because I like my work and not because of the tip. That gives an extra heart point.

On June 5th, 2020 Ilka and I celebrated our wedding. With many conditions in times of Corona, the team of the Sturm family gave us an unforgettable day. The rooms for overnight stay were also commendable. Two days after our wedding we both went to lunch again. And we've been there again so far. Highly recommended tavern with a great team

The warm kitchen was closed because we were late. Still we were not disappointed. We ordered a small salad and it was the right size and it was really tasty. Thanks to the kitchen and the staff who were very accommodating.

This restaurant is really excellent in all respects. The staff are always friendly and courteous. The food is absolutely recommendable and plentiful. The prices are more than reasonable, the menu clear and varied. The location is very appealing with a wonderful view. Desired tables by the window or outside should be reserved in advance. For me one of the best eateries in the area.

I was there for the last time 2 years ago. Very nice new plates I noticed and the dressing was good. The food was delicious and the service as always friendly. We had a great place overlooking the landscape. Have seen a deer and a fox. I had a roast and my wife a pork with homemade spaetzle. (See photo) Only recommended.

Good rustic choice of food. Semmelknoedel with mushrooms were nice, but sauce could have been a little tastier. The other people I was with all loved their food.
